You may be wondering: What is Diff Modes?
I have always been into a healthy lifestyle. I've had times where I was really motivated and times where I was not exercising for months.
So beginning the new year, I decided to make it a lifestyle. Yes, I know… it sounds overrated and impossible.
But a few months ago, I believed I had no time, I was demotivated, I had too much homework, friends I wanted to go out with, or too many things going on. So I did not exercise as much as I wanted too, I ate unhealthy and I was not in my best state mentally and physically.
This blog is a place where I will share my experience, my tips and my modes.
My Different Modes are:
1. Mode Fit
2. Mode Food
3. Mode Sabri
For each mode I will write blogs that will help you to be the best you can be in that mode.
Mode Fit will entail blogs about exercises, fitness, useful information about "how to," "why," and so much more.
Mode Food will be blogs about recipes, how to eat healthy going out with friends, and sweet alternatives.
Lastly, Mode Sabri will be blogs about my lifestyle and journey.
