The best part? It's healthy and it takes about 5 minutes to make! Compared to normal chocolate mousses, which are usually made out of butter, cream, and lots of sugar; this recipe has only 6 ingredients (all of which are healthy).
TIPS FOR MAKING AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
In order to get the creamy mousse consistency, it is best to use a blender or a food processor rather than a fork or spoon.
The avocado is the key ingredient to make the dessert have the creamy and mousse-like consistency.

1/4 cup of unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of sugar-free syrup
1/4 cup of sugar-free chocolate
2 teaspoons of monk fruit sweetener
DIRECTIONS
1) Melt the chocolate chips with half of the almond milk. Melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Make sure to stir in between intervals and be careful to not burn the chocolate.
2) Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until you get a creamy consistency.
3) Store the mousse in a tight-air container and store it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
